Robin has over 25 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service. She brings a wealth of knowledge from the Operations side of the business, one that has built solid relationships in the industry and the ability to work cross-functionally with Carriers and Clients. She will analyze, identify, recommend, document, and implement solutions resulting in efficient, client-focused processes. Robin is experienced with System Implementation, On-boarding, Training, Quality Assurance and Client Advocacy. She provides daily leadership for the Client Services team.

Diana has over 15 years of experience delivering exceptional marketing services. She brings a wealth of knowledge to our Marketing & Placement Department. Her ability to work cross-functionally with Carriers and Clients is exceptional;. She will analyze, identify, recommend, document, and implement coverage and solutions resulting in efficient, client-focused solutions.

Ben is responsible for managing accounts and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. With his extensive experience in finance and accounting, he ensures that the client's finances are always in order.
